When you have a busy life, and stress is everyday, it is essential to try to have a healthy lifestyle. Especially in my case, unfortunately, as I suffer from Crohn’s disease, an inflammatory bowel disease.
From today once a week I will share with you , dishes, recipes and secrets to follow a healthy diet and live well with yourself.
But writing on the blog there will not be only me, but also personal trainers, dieticians, nutritionists, doctors and entrepreneurs who will talk about their food experiences and we will talk about their diets.
SPIN DRAINAGE AND ENERGY
Three times a week, in the morning, after drinking a glass of warm water with fresh squeezed lemon juice, I prepare this draining and energizing centrifuge of organic fruits and vegetables:
Five black Carrots
celery
lemon
grapefruit
ginger
* For those who suffer from inflammatory diseases such as colitis or Crohn’s disease I advise not to abuse centrifuges of vegetables and fruits because they can inflame the stomach.
Tip: drink them between meals and avoid high-fructose fruits (apple, pear, watermelon, mango) or fruit with polyols (apricots, avocados, cherries, peaches, plums, persimmons)
